Head of Risk Analytics (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in major analytical
* High integrity and proven strong people management skills
* Minimum of 5 years experience in consumer or SME scorecard implementation /development/monitoring
* Proven track record in working with decisioning models and outputs
* Proven track record of managing analytical teams
* Hands on experience in managing a SME portfolio within a Bank operating in Indonesia/South East Asia
* Experience in scoring credit framework including risk decisioning system & portfolio analytics for Consumer and SME
* Experience in handling process monitoring and reporting for Risk Management
* Brilliant communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Brilliant communication and interpersonal skill
* Strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with business partners
* PC literate, Risk focus and attention to detail
* Proficient in written and spoken English
