1. Procurement Management Expert
(min S2); min 12 years in procurement of goods and services of government and loan projects, he/she must hold Bappenas certificates, and familiar with GOI and Loan Regulations

2. Financial Management Expert
(min S1); min 5 years experiences in education financial managements, strengthening of internal control and external audit function, and fin. Money, and familiar with Loan Projects

3. Education Management Expert
(min S2); min 5 years experiences in strengthening capacity of local government in education sectors and improving of education management, and familiar with Loan Projects

4. Education Management Information System (EMIS)
(min S2); min 5 years experiences in EMIS development and training, and familiar with Loan Projects

5. Civil and Architect
(min S1); min 5 years experiences in construction project / construction managements
