Currently we are looking for suitable candidate for the following position:

INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER (JAKARTA)
A. Roles and Responsibility Establish
• Establish, plot. organize, supervise and conduct financial and operational audits to provide business management with an independent view of the risk management and control.
B. Requirements
• Bachelor degree (S-1) from recognized university majoring in accounting or related major with min. 10 years relevant experience.

QUALITY MANAGER (CIKARANG)
A. Roles and Responsibility
• Ensures that the Quality System arid quality audit program is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 17025:2005 standards
B. Requirements
• University degree in chemistry/chemical engineering with min. 10 years related experience
• Having deep and broad knowledge about Laboratory Quality Management and ISO 17205 :2005

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR( CIKARANG)
A. Roles and Responsibility
• Responsible for plotting, monitoring, and controlling maintenance schedule and program for all laboratory facilities, repairing when necessary.
B. Requirements
• Bachelor degree (S1) with subject Mechanical Engineering with min 5 years similar experience

HSE OEFICER (CIKARANG)
A. Roles and Responsibility
• Plotting and monitoring Safety Management System implementation, including Safety Meeting, Safety Induction, Safety inspection, Safety Champaign, Hazard Observation
B. Requirements
• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree with subject Engineering or Safety/HSE and min. 3 years extensive experience

HR & SAFETY OFFICER (JAKARTA)
A. Roles and Responsibility
• Responsible in all personnel activities, general affair and safety functions, as well as recommending. implementing, formulating and executing policies, procedures, rules, regulations and programs.
B. Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology. Law, with min. 3 years experience in related field

INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST (JAKARTA)
A. Roles and Responsibility
• Administer all inventory data, inventory movements, and make journal at ERP system, and perform regular stock opname
B. Requirements
• Minimum a Diploma Degree (D3) with minimum 3 years of successful inventory control experience

PURCHASING STAFF (JAKARTA & BALIKPAPAN)
A. Roles and Responsibility
• Responsible for the procurement of required supplies, material, equipment, for the project, and ensuring the goods delivered on time, within budget and approved stated quality.
B. Requirements
• At least a Diploma Degree (D3) majoring Civil / Mechanical Engineering with min. 3 years experience handling purchasing and logistic matters, preferably from construction or EPC company

General Requirement for all position :
• Must be fluent in English
• Brilliant communication and interpersonal skill, strong leadership, strong drive, and high detail orientation
