TALENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Location : Narogong

Scope of works:

To Organize Talent Management related initiatives and to provide necessary support for Talent Pool members throughout their development process.

* Nominating, Identifying High Potentials
* Diagnosing Development Opportunities and Ensuring that Development Takes Place
* Reviewing Progress of Talent Pool and Retaining Talents in the Pools
* Establish and Maintaining the Career Resources Center
* Ensuring the sustainability of the Performance Management system and the tools (Dialogue, e-Dialogue)

Requirements:

1. Education : Bachelor degree from any discipline.
2. Experience : 4-5 years work experience in Human Resources especially Talent Management areas, People Development areas are welcome.
3. Computer literacy :Computer literacy
4. Language : Excellent command in English both oral & written
5. Other qualification / skills :

* Behavioral Interviewing/TS Interview
* Knowledge of Assessment tools/methods and skillful in conducting Behavioral Interviewing/Targeted Selection Interview
* Training Facilitation skills
* Strong Communication & Brilliant Interpersonal skills
* Competency Profiling Skills
