Mading Lowongan Kerja Baru : Tenaga Kimia Sdn Bhd (TKSB) is the leading supplier of the complete product range of high explosive and accessories, bulk emulsion and technical services in Malaysia and across countries in South East Asian Region. TKSB is the one of the pioneer in manufacturing of explosive since 1983 known as EMULITE and now is as “EMULEX” The product are mainly used in blasting activities for aggregate and cement production, infrastructure projects such as road and dams, construction, coal & mineral mining, seismic prospecting for oil and gas.

SITE OPERATION MANAGER
(East Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

* Report to Project Manager, site location at East Kalimantan. The person will be overall in charge for On Site Bulk Emulsion Production and Down- the- Hole services.
* To ensure all activities at site following with country compliance
* To make sure On Site Production Plant (OSP) to produce Bulk Emulsion runs smoothly
* To make sure Down- the- Hole are meeting customers target/ needs
* Maintain the operational excellence for OSP and MMU in accordance to KPI
* Effective development of solid professional working relationship with all related Joint Operation Partner, customer and other agency
* Effective day to day management to all employee on the site
* Responsibility for compliance and management of all Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and plotting requirement for the depot
* Maintaining and increasing quality and productivity in order to maximize outputs and customers satisfaction

Requirements:

* Minimum University graduate majoring in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
* Must have Explosive and Blasting background or experience
* Must have at least Second Class Blaster Certificates
* Required skill(s): – Experience in Bulk Emulsion manufacturing and MMU operation.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 2-3 years in Project Management and involving OSP and MMU/ bulk truck operation
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Bahasa Indonesia
* Able to write comprehensive technical and operational reports

PROCESS AND QUALITY ENGINEER
(East Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

* Reporting to Site & Depot Manager. The person will be in charge for Production Plant and also Quality Assurance of the product. Other task would be:
* To ensure all On Site Production Plant (OSP) equipment are in excellent condition to runs daily production
* Plot and prioritise production of orders from customer
* To ensure raw material are well plotted for production
* To ensure product quality meets customer specification
* Ensure efficiency and utilization of processing equipments to meet production target
* Manpower plotting to ensure smooth operation
* Lead cross functional focus teams to improve on quality and processing efficiencies
* Develop effective relationship with Bulk Services Engineer and Bulk Services team

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science) or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering – Chemical or equivalent.
* Must be hands-on, self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
* Proactive, dynamic and possess strong technical and leadership skill
* Must have liking for problem solving
* Able to communicate effectively with people at all level

TECHNICIAN
(East Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

* Reporting to Process & Quality Engineer

The task would be:

* To ensure all On Site Plant (OSP) machinery and equipment are in excellent condition
* To maintain the daily operational for OSP are brilliant to achieve the availability target
* To maintain and report the stock level of critical spare part of OSP
* To have maintenance schedule for OSP equipment

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate,Technician Skill Certificate in electrical, welding, tool (Industrial)
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 3 years experience in manufacturing (repair & maintenance)
* Full time but under contract positions available.

FOREMAN
(East Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

* Reporting to Bulk Services Engineer and to ensure all bulk truck are in excellent condition for achieving the plotted availability
* Monitor and report the stock levels of spare part and critical spare part for bulk truck
* Manage to solve problem with minimum supervision

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Knowledge in simple Engineering (Industrial), (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
* Full time but under contract positions available

SENIOR PLANT OPERATOR
(East Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to Process & Quality Engineer and Site Operation Manager for proper and efficient operation of On – Site Plant
* Follow instruction from Process & Quality Engineer
* Responsible to produce Bulk Emulsion and meet our customers requirement
* Enough raw material to run the production
* Prepare oxidizer and fuel solution
* Make sure all plant equipment in excellent condition.

Requirements:

* At least 2 – 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Able to work under pressure
* Must be hands-on, self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
* Proactive, dynamic and possess strong technical and leadership skill
* Must have liking for problem solving
* Able to communicate effectively with people at all level
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

SENIOR BULK SERVICES OPERATOR
(East Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to Process & Quality Engineer and Site Operation Manager for proper and efficient operation of Down –The- Hole Services
* Follow instruction from Bulk Services Engineer and Site Operation Manager
* Responsible to monitor / guide the proper and right method of charging operation
* To take excellent care of Bulk Emulsion Delivery Vehicle/ Truck at the tip top condition
* Preparing acid and gassing solution
* To familiar and expert to run hydraulic machines
* To help Technician repairing Bulk Truck

Requirements:

* At least 2 – 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Able to work under pressure
