Java Peppers Industries (JPI) is a food processing company, located in Malang – INDONESIA. Our main product is stuffed cherry peppers, processed IMMEDIATELY after harvesting and combined with finest ingredients based on original italian recipes, which makes our stuffed cherry peppers crunchy, tasty and insuperable.

Java Peppers Industries is seeking for high potential candidate to join our team as:

1. FARM MANAGER ASSISTANT (FMA)
· Male, max. 35 years ancient
· Bachelor Degree in Agriculture (majoring in Plant Protection /Plant Pests and Diseases preferable) from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00
· Strong leadership, expert in field job and deep knowledge about chili peppers /
paprica with field experience min. 2 years
· Strong analysis to identify and treat the symptoms of plant pests and diseases
· Know well about farming circle of process (from seeding to post-harvesting) and fertilizer formulation
· Capable to develop, manage, and evaluate a farm system; likes to do experiments
· Hardworker, responsible, brilliant team player and able to work base on target
· Fluent in English would be advantageous

2. SENIOR MECHANIC AUTOMOTIVE & HEAVY VEHICLE (SMA)
· Male, max. 38 years ancient
· Education min. STM / SMK automotive or mechanical
· Expert in automotive mechanical and deep knowledge about heavy vehicle (truck, tractor, excavator, forklift, etc) and automotive / cars
· Capable in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair heavy vehicle (truck, tractor, excavator, dozer, forklift, etc) and automotive with experiences min. 5 years
· Hardworker, responsible, brilliant team player and able to work base on target
· Fluent in English would be advantageous
