REQUIREMENTS

* Hold Bachelor Degree / equivalent (HRM)
* Having Experiences in Food & Beverages would be an advantage
* English proficiency & Computer Literate (Esp Ms. Office)
* Ready to work in dynamic environment
* Having experiences minimum 3 years in the same position
* Having solid knowledge on Labour Law, Jamsostek regulation, Human Resources & Reward Management
* Experience dealing with labor ministry & Jamsostek
* Mature, Excellent problem solver & High initiave
